Le Moulin is a versatile mill developed by Chef Michel Bras and Japanese maker KAI. The special set is paired with peppercorns from our friends at Kampot Jewels in Cambodia, the same ones we use in our signature dish, Kampot Pepper Crusted Pigeon.
