Released to celebrate the worldwide publication of Chef Julien’s debut book, Odette: Terroir to Table, Heart to Plate, this special edition is inspired by the stories, memories, and moments behind its making.

Each special edition brings together keepsakes from the making of the book: two behind-the-scenes photographs from Chef Julien’s time in France, a bookmark inspired by the produce we so deeply admire, and a customised Marchands de Bonheur apron for you to cook with as you recreate the recipes from the book in your kitchen.

Within a select few boxes, a small surprise awaits: a napkin embroidered with a piece of ‘A Theory of Everything’, together with an invitation to share a lunch for two at Odette in Singapore.
